Cycling 1:30:00 intensity: (1:00:00 @1) + (10:00 @2) + (20:00 @4)

Took the spin bike outside and took lots of maps and did lots of route choice and quick simplification. Also20 minutes threshold in the middle.

10 minutes Swimming and 45 minutes aqua jogging
Did 5*1 min qith 30 seconds recovery and then 5* 2 minute with 30 second recovery.

Really struggling with the exercises using the same weights as previously. Feeling tired today in general.
