Sluie training
Magical - legs feeling dead on hills but managed them fine open forest nice contours and just flowed. One or two wobbles one near the start i got a little carried away and wasn't quite ready as I came over a hill and another near the end when I got tired.
Doing long (10.5km) leg at tio on Saturday - bit nervous but excited that there will be some long legs and route choices to make - could be tough navigation but that's what we like!
