Road running long 2:04:20 [1] 14.0 mi (8:52 / mi)
ahr:145 max:161 rhr:55 (injured) shoes: BA7
Reservoir loop with the gang, plus the CMS 5K loop. Beautiful day for running, cool but sunny.

The scraped up part of my R leg didn't bother me while running, though I did feel like my gait was not balanced. I elected to punt the CSU O in Medfield later in the morning b/c I'd be too rushed to get cleaned up, fed, and repacked by the time the start window closed.

Saturday Sep 20

Walking 50:00 [0] 3.0 mi (16:39 / mi)
To and from Daniel's soccer game. Leg wound is still occ. tender, but it didn't affect my walking gait. I might be able to run tomorrow.

Tuesday Sep 16

Road running 27:00 [2] 3.0 mi (9:00 / mi)
ahr:134 max:158 (injured) shoes: Jalas2
Trail run at Green HIll Park, from soccer field to Bell Pond. I tripped near (on?) some rocks, scraping up my R leg below the knee. I aborted the run and took the direct route back to the soccer field, picked up Daniel, and went home, where I cleaned up.
