Forest X at Middlesex Fells. Spent the first 45 minutes trying to find the venue. Grr. Then found the venue, parked, paid, and started off on the Forest-X (trail run with shortcuts). Kept leap-frogging with Jeff who was strictly running the highlighted (but no longer streamered) trail. Somehow he didn't notice the first control.

MTB at the Fells. Since I had heard people rave about the Fells and MTBing, I gave it a try. I'm not sure I was in the part that people rave about, but there is certainly challenge there.
