Hike at Enchanted rock with Eliot and Mike. We were out for 3-4 hours, but most was pretty chill.

Rode out to Natural Bridge Caverns and back. It was a surprise beautiful day, and I think I managed to take advantage of it! Good times.

Thursday Feb 10

On the treadmill. 10 minutes, stretch, 10 more minutes. Then sat on the bike for while and finished with 5 more minutes. All pain free. I think I can actually approach running again.

Tomorrow's the squadron run, and I actually have a compatible schedule this week, so I need to show. I'm going to try to run, taking it easy, and I'll walk if I need to. I just need to watch out for Mr. Clean yelling at me.

Didn't want to risk running, so Melissa and I "map hiked" the brown. Can't say I'm a fan yet of Texas terrain. Blergh.

Ran/walked on the treadmill. Did 4 min of very easy running interspersed with walking and stretching. No pain, but I still think it's too soon. Things still feel funny.
