At Lapland Lake. Lots of fun, despite the slightly snow.

Still have the same issue of annoyed right hip flexor and left shoulder. I must ski lopsided.

Warm up (with theresa, jen, and orobosa) around the Mill loop and then recoveries between intervals.

Easy run down Comm with 6x20s pick-ups. Felt pretty good today. Starting to get pretty toasty out (I think it was above 40).

Again at Thatcher, but alone, and again a total guess (underestimate) on the distance. Skied most of the trails on the south side of the road. That place would be fantastic with an inch or two of fresh snow (especially as to act as padding for the inevitable falls on those hairpin turns).

Melissa and I went skiing at Thatcher Park. We took it really chill, so 6k is a total guess. No idea how far. But it was loads of fun and I bet it was more of a work out than I think.

I was doing what I hope was a good 'r' pace. I'm not sure that Comm is a good place for R workouts unless I can time the hills so that I'm going *up* them on the R parts and down on the recoveries. I seemed to be doing the opposite a couple of times and that doesn't seem to work out very well.
