Tuesday Nov 30

Running 20:00 [2] 2.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
(sick) shoes: Kayano X
Still have that weird throat ulcer, but the virus doesn't appear to be affecting me elsewise. Tick bite seems normal, too. It was drizzly, about 42°, and windy this morning. Shorts, sleeves and vest was good, but need to get gloves.

Wednesday Nov 24

Running (trail) 1:10:00 [2] 5.83 mi (12:00 / mi)
shoes: Nike Reds
Over at HCSNA. Absolutely gorgeous day. First hour was pretty much continuous running, hiked up the big hill (but this time on the trail) and ran back to the lot for the last 10 minutes.
Hiking 30:00 [1]
shoes: Nike Reds
The non-running parts.

Saturday Nov 20

Hiking 4:00:00 [2]
Geocaching with Wilson in Hill Country State Natural Area. Also hit 3 in Boerne, but that doesn't really count as a workout. Definitely need to get out to HCSNA for some runs, especially if I'm going to run the 25k there this winter. It's quite a park. And were certainly hiked up and over plenty that we probably didn't have to today...

Friday Nov 19

Running 25:00 [2] 2.5 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Kayano X
First run in a while. Phew, feels great to be healthy and on my feet again. But my body was like, "What are you doing?!"

Monday Nov 15

Note
(sick)
Turns out I mostly likely have had strep throat for the past two weeks. Got a penicillin shot today so I should start recovering soon. Hopefully will be able to run by the end of the week.

Wednesday Nov 10

Other Cardio (Softball) 30:00 [1]
(sick)
I dragged myself to the UC game. Pretty much blew the game for the team, but it meant I got to go home early and sleep. ;-)

Saturday Nov 6

Running 15:00 [2]
(sick) shoes: Nike Reds
My aborted attempt at being physically active at Bastrop for the HOC meet. I slogged through the first couple of controls and then realized that there was no way my body would make the whole thing. :-(

Tuesday Nov 2

Running 20:00 [3] 2.1 mi (9:31 / mi)
(sick) shoes: Kayano X
Getting a fever. Did a short run to fulfill my morning pt and then called it quits.
