Back in the woods alone. Starting to feel like I can really start running again.

Tuesday Jan 20

Running (easy) 15:00 [2] 1.4 mi (10:42 / mi)
"Warm up" that went no where. Lost opportunity.

Tuesday Jan 13

Running (easy) 27:30 [2] 2.5 mi (10:59 / mi) +30m 6:35 / km
Ran with NS since she was the only one to make it. She did great for her longest run ever.

Running (easy) 26:00 [2] 2.5 mi (10:24 / mi) +30m 6:14 / km
Mill loop.

Thursday Jan 8

Orienteering (course-setting, etc) 20:00 [1]
For the girls in Edmands.

Saturday Jan 3

Running 25:00 [3] 2.5 mi (10:00 / mi)
On the beach again.

Thursday Jan 1

Running 25:00 [3] 2.5 mi (10:00 / mi)
On the beach in the D.R. It was hard for an easy run. Don't know whether that was because it was warmer, more humid, windier, harder to run in the sand, bad nutrition, tiredness, or some combination of all of them. ;-)
