Thursday Mar 25

Running 27:33 [2] 3.06 mi (9:00 / mi)
Around Venice. Dodging people and stuff. Crossed Academia on the way out and Rialto on the way back. (Whoops.)

Monday Mar 22

Running 5:30 [2] 0.61 mi (9:00 / mi)
Aborted attempt to run in Venice.

Thursday Mar 18

Running 29:30 [2] 3.0 mi (9:50 / mi)
Cap d'Antibe. The air was funky. Didn't feel too great.

Tuesday Mar 16

Running 25:01 [2]
This must've been in Arona.

Saturday Mar 13

Running (trail) 27:00 [3] 2.7 mi (10:00 / mi) +150m 5:18 / km
Ran to the top of Nobscot Mtn. and back down. That trail that goes to the very top is a bit too steep to run down comfortably, and certainly difficult to run up at all. But it was cool, didn't take long at all.

Tuesday Mar 9

Running 24:00 [3] 2.7 mi (8:52 / mi) +10m 5:28 / km
Started doing the comm loop but bumped into Matt, Katie, and Maureen about half way down Walnut and ran back with them. So a little short. Oh well. And they're the kind of people who pick up the pace at the end. Bah.

Sunday Mar 7

Hiking 3:00:00 [2] 6.0 mi (29:59 / mi) +384m 15:33 / km
At Blue Hills with Melissa. We did the Skyline trail from the lot across from HQ and took the red dot loop and orange trail back (for the most part). Mostly leisurely pace.

Saturday Mar 6

Hiking 1:15:00 [2] 3.0 mi (24:59 / mi) +100m 14:05 / km
A short walk in Blue Hills around big blue or great blue or whatever it is, with Melissa.

Friday Mar 5

Running (easy) 24:00 [2] 2.5 mi (9:36 / mi)

Wednesday Mar 3

Note
Science Fair Day. Blah. Hamstrings sore (from yesterday? what?). Feel blah all around.

Tuesday Mar 2

Cycling (mtn biking) 30:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
At Cutler Park. First ride in a long time. Felt great, was muddy.

Monday Mar 1

Running (easy) 30:36 [2] 5.4 km (5:40 / km) +30m 5:31 / km
Comm loop. Felt very invigorated. Perhaps because of Melissa's JHU acceptance?
