| Did the whole circuit today, but no stupid warmups because it was raining. Again tried running lightly on the treadmill. It's better, but it still starts to hurt after a few minutes. Hopefully it'll only take another week or so to fully recover. | ||

I definitely outrode this guy on anything flat or smooth - me at an "all day" pace, he huffing and puffing. But anything technical and I fell behind. Hopefully nerves'll come back soon.
Knee *almost* feels fine again. I might run tomorrow. | ||

| From the fitness center out to the east flightline. Took a couple walking breaks, which seemed to help a lot, especially given my recent lack of running. Awesome night - 72 degrees, a bit balmy, windy, and nobody out in the dark whatsoever. Kind of like a moonlit beach run, only my light was from the runway lights...hmm...
Also a blister check. Definitely going to get blisters on the tips of my toes, but the rest of my feet seem fine. Those blisters on the tips really don't bother me, if I even notice that they're there. | ||
