We went to the Maritime Museum today and I ran home from there while the other two took bus + metro. Beat Melissa and Lukas by 15 minutes but I also had a head start of however long it took Lukas to eat his ice cream.

Glad I did this, I’m feeling overly blergh with extra poor sleep and sub-awesome eating. Yesterday’s Thanksgiving feast did not help. And it was a blerghy day, cold and drizzly, and plenty of ice still, so the forest was not that appealing. Feel like I might be getting sick and I will regret this tomorrow if I am sick, but at least my week is a little lame now.

In to work with a good river segment. Getting a nice dose of snow and wind now but lots of rain later. :-(

Lots of fun to run through a little bit of fresh snow along the river. Everyone at work asked if I'd worn piggsko today (I didn't) and were astonished that I hadn't found it slippery. I think there's a big difference between sidewalk conditions in the city and the more tucked away areas.

It took me too long to get out the door to run the whole way to pick up Lukas. At least I managed to move my legs a little and leave my clothes for tomorrow.
