Along the river with 3k tempo at the end. Felt good to run harder even if it doesn’t seem like it should have felt as hard as it did.

From my parents’ house to the trails and then somehow a lot more walking with fam than running. Wasn’t really feeling up for running but I did check the “get out of the house” box.

Running (road) 40:02 intensity: (11 @0) + (2:43 @1) + (23:52 @2) + (13:16 @3) 6.02 km (6:39 / km)

Today I finally put on running clothes and left the house!

Haven't left my desk chair too much this week. Work has been busy with calls most of the day, and of course the time in between is filled with endless scrolling of news that doesn't change much. To make up for the work I'm not getting done during the day I just keep sitting here, getting some work done, and then I don't sleep enough. This is not healthy.

I just wanted to get out so I nabbed some nodes by CSUS. I'm now 40.79% complete with Cambridge. I've gotten used to reporting percentages to the hundredth.

I felt sluggish and stopped running at 40min because I had a stitch.
