orienteering 24:28 [4] 2.8 km (8:44 / km) +70m 7:46 / km

Great course on a new map mapped and set by Magnus at Cleveland Dam in the sunshine and snow. Some (for me) confusing forest sections and some very slow trails full of snow. I had a good run. The location was well chosen, beautiful view of the Lions... i think the key was the route choice to controls number 3 and 7.
2.8*1.5 = 4.2

orienteering 29:01 [3] 2.8 km (10:22 / km) +80m 9:04 / km

Course at Princess Park. I did not make the chase start by one second. I kind of jogged after the hill at the End of first loop. This sprint camp was really fun! The Weather was very polite to us and I loved the locations. Thank for everything everyone! Now, let's go to Quebec!
2.8*1.5 = 4.2 (1081.2)

orienteering 45:00 [4] 6.5 km (6:55 / km) +30m 6:46 / km

O - intervals set by Meghan in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Jog to the start and hard running in the groups of four between high rises. A lot of fun. I loved the little park at the End and Robson Square.
6.5*1=6.5

orienteering 18:32 [4] 3.1 km (5:59 / km) +30m 5:42 / km

Great course set by Thomas at Lost Lagoon. A new map and too fast speed for me. I lost my group around number 17 and slowed down too much. They are running too fast these guys...
It is a sightseeing orienteering camp. Great choice of locations this year.
3.1*1.5= 4.6

orienteering 17:00 [4] 2.0 km (8:30 / km)

Start-first control exercise set by Thomas at Waterfront Downtown with great views of the mountains. 11 small maps stapled together. The point was to practice the decision how to go to the first control. I loved that.
2*1=2

orienteering 20:07 [4] 2.9 km (6:56 / km)

Course at False Creek set by Dan and Chris. My legs were complaining by this one. They are not really hurting yet, but are kind of sore. I made two mistakes, control 6 and 10. I also run out of the energy on the way to number 10. Still fun.... I did not run the dog bones, I feel I am bored of Vanier park running across the pipeline.
2.9*1.5= 4.3 (1072.8) for sure Alberta

orienteering 18:31 [4] 2.6 km (7:07 / km)

First sprint of the Sprint Camp. Great course set by Thomas at Acadia with some challenging moments for me. I had to stop a few times to read the map right, otherwise I think I did not make any real mistake. Fun to see so many people.
2.6*1.5=3.9 (1055.4) I think I am in Alberta now......

trail running 44:00 [3] 7.5 km (5:52 / km) +150m 5:20 / km

trail run in Lynn Valley with the dogs on the trails still full of snow.
7.5*1=7.5

Skiing - Cross country 1:06:00 [3] 10.5 km (6:17 / km) +120m 5:57 / km

Skating WET at Cypress. Nice, but busy. A beer at the lodge. Not too many people made it to the WET.
10.5*1=10.5 (1051.5) I must be close to Alberta
