Another bad nights sleep, although this was largely to my left shoulder area being really tight/sore/uncomfortable, but stomach feeling better today. Just tired and drained really.
Lunch time physio appointment which was well timed to sort out my shoulder. Likely the cause of lots of faster running than any specific event. Everything was loosened off and K-taped up to ease the tension on the tight muscles.
