Checking out a couple of the Heats for the sprint at Nott'm Uni. Mostly a pretty decent pace, though with the occassional stop.

Not feeling too hot by the end of work so thought it not a good idea to do intervals so went home and did a good core session. Lost quite abit of weight again. Wonder if this is because I've been ill again?
