A damp evening run but was actuallt quite pleasant. Spotted a shrew going berserk chasing its on tail; rather amusing but realised too late that I had my phone with me and could have made some money from 'you've been framed'.

Long run for marathon training. Out and back on Skegby, Teversal, Silverhill and Five Pits. 2 x 4mile sections at marathon pace. Finished feeling reasonable still so less daunted by the distance now. Very nice morning for it too.
