Run up the local steep unrelenting hill to Monastery Panagia Skopiotissa located at the top. Fantastic views but my phone had died on the way up. Will need to return. Fairly rapid decent.

ITW. Forgot to pick up Grace's coat, so had to go back for it, which meant I missed my normal train. While this did mean I was late for week, it did give me the benefit of having longer to run. Bloody freezing, had to scrap ice off the windscreen, but otherwise a beautiful morning, sun rising, blue sky and patchy fog in the fields and on the lakes. On the downside, my glands are slightly up.
