Feeling incredible crappy again today. Head full of snot, sinuses sore, coughing and tired/achy. Decent sleep is lacking also.

Feeling pretty crap today after feeling much better the last couple of days. Slept really badly. Maybe over did it doing a bit too much too soon.

Easy run back home from Centre Parcs. Plied myself with lots of Vicks which seemed to help. Stomach less decent.
