Went for a lunch run. Was still far harder and more uncomfortable than it should have been. Some randoms pains in feet and legs and perennials very uncomfortable Felt completely wiped out for the rest of the day. Based on the feelings I'm getting (headaches, fatigue, tiredness, aching), I think there is a high likelihood that I have recontracted Lyme Disease again following the multiple bites in the Lakes at Harvester.

BDL - Carsington

Tight start but after that settled in 7th and became a bit lonely with 4-6th about 70-80m ahead. A couple of times I though I was gaining on them but then fell back again. Lots of hills. Felt like I worked hard with tight calves, hips and glutes by the end.
