Run around LEI's summer League event at Castle Hill - Score event. Not at all technical apart from dodging nettles, finding controls that were in the wrong place and deciphering dodgy mapping. Was feeling very tired and slowed considerable but the fatigue is limited.

I consider this the start of the return/rehab. Felt better than expected but was listening to the Forest match en route and an entertaining 4-3 win at Brentford probably helped!
Feeling pretty under the weather again and my back has really stiffened up over night and painful if I use it. Clearly a slight strain there. Had too take painkillers through the day.

Jog around summer league course at Bradgate. Still feeling completely screwed. Weather pretty miserable but the park was enjoyable as always bar the placement of one or two flags which were beneath the bracken - ran past #3 (<1m) without spotting it, it was that hidden.
Also, tweaked my back early when lifting a tool box while decorating Grace's room; thought nothing of it at the time but pretty sore this evening and painful when running downhill.
