Track. I nearly didn't come tonight as like this morning I have felt terrible all day but felt trying couldn't make me feel any worse. WU wasn't great and the first couple of reps felt terrible. Then I ran a couple of reps on my own, started feeling much better and ended up doing ok. Only did 10 x 400m (60s) as my calves were feeling vulnerable by that point and I was concerned about a strain (based on past history).
