Was down in Brum today and things hadn't really gone to plan so hadn't managed to fit in any running.

Football didn't go that well either. Taken out early on resulting in a sore knee and elbow and then after about 35 min there was a deluge that could be heard and seen coming from about half a mile away. After about 30s we bailed inside. Waited for it to ease to just torrential and tried again but the 'all-weather' pitch was pretty waterlogged and then the rain got even heavier again so went back inside and after another 5 mins sacked it off as a bad idea.
