Visiting friednds for the week end and Justin fancied a little run. He isn't a big runner but did ok for the first 20mins. Pretty steady though but fine with me given I'm not feeling 100% and got worse as the day went on.

Travelling to friends but feeling really fatigued and like a day off is probably needed rather than try and fail to do any productive running day on day. getting annoyed though as it just felt like I was building some good levels of fitness.

Back to mums feeling pretty bad so did some walking. Just very fatigued. Don't seem to have recovered after Sunday's race which I think is partly from having too much gluten in the free food afterwards and no absorbing nutition as a result.
