Chiltern Challenege at Hambledon

A bit better than yesterday but physically not quite on it. Looks like I was going ok until ~15 and then dropped off quite badly. No mistakes.

Not a good race. Just off it physically. legs just like lead and not moving well.

Also started pretty badly, tripped about 20m after the start line and nettled myself (in Feb?!) all up right arm and hand, left hand, right hip and left knee. Very tingly.

The first six controls were also quite poor notably 2 and 6 where I lost about 1 min and 2 mins respectively.
