Valentine to MHS. At school on Saturday working for the Languages School in one of the computer rooms.

Legs felt sluggish going up to Whitebridge, average spped seemed down a little. I know riding is good cross training but need to increase the number of runs a week from 1 upwards.

MHS to Valentine. Last time I do this ride, moving out on Sunday. Will be homeless / house sitting for the next 8 months.

Don't like hills. Felt sluggish in the legs, but suppose most would have found it the same.
