a visit to shelley, the athletic therapist today and I am supposed to rest over the long weekend. Seems like kind of a waste but then she told me I should sit on the couch and drink beer, watch TV or movies... could be nice, too.
If the soreness goes away by Tues, she will start me on some strengthening and range of motion stuff.
