Some smaller mistakes today but far too many of them. Just wasn't running hard enough. Too afraid to make big mistakes like yesterday. Barely slept. had caffeine in the afternoon and then anxious. I was totally awake. That definitely didn't help my focus

so disappointed in my run. huge parallel error on #2. too nervous or anxious. Like many others trouble with the rocky stuff for 6 and missed 11 in the vague terrain.

4x400 in 78sec w 2rec. Not super hard but just enough to keep the legs fresh.

Sage stomp short. Went pretty well. One 30 sec mistake and one 45 sec. Went really slowly to first control to make sure I got on the right track. Legs felt better today than on Sat.

Training at Logan Lake with Pippa, Marie Cat and Leif. Did 4 petals of a flower pattern with short controls. Control picking. I spent time at the beginning of each going through my start procedure. Went really well. Out for 1:20 or so total.
