tempo run in Lodhi gardens in Delhi. 2x2laps(3)~17min per interval with one lap jog 12min recovery

a bit of an upset stomach still. but nice to run fast

Rishikesh. run up the ridge from the lodge. steep climb. Beautiful view. Nice to run on a small trail in the hills. some strange looks and giggles from the local kids:)

on the road to teh watch tower @ Dhikala in Corbett Park. Not allowed to go anywhere else in teh park without a guide so this was a good option if I was going to be running back and forth anyway.

same workout as above. 2x20min(3) w/10 rec.@6:00/mi Ended up being a bit too hard. Hr was climbing into (4) range at the end of first interval and into the second half of the second one. With 6 mins left on second one I dropped the pace to 6:15/mi. Read map during.

A very easy run with Pam and Pippa. It was good to go with them just to test out how the abs would be. still a bit uncomfortable to sit or bend but seems to be okay for running. Maybe it will get better on its own. NO skiing for a while though. Double poling would be out of the question:(
We got our new hot tub and tried it out for the first time last night. It was really nice!!
