ride to Ear Lake to hang ribbons then continued around Riverdale and up to PC and back. Pushed on the ups along Miles Canyon Rd and Mountainview

walk around the ski trails out at Marsh Lake with Pippa. Checking it out as a potential new map. Not spectacular but a nice variety of terrain types and a nice trail network.
Rode home from there. Sore lower back and butt by the end

Short run to test out the achilles. got sore at the end of the run. Visited the physio earlier in the day. She said it was okay to do a bit as long as I don't get sharp pain. Got a few more exercises for better stabilizers and strengthen my hips and glutes

achilles is quite sore today which is totally discouraging. I thought it was feeling better. I am running out of time to get ready for NAOCs. Might be time to throw in the towel.

at Miles Canyon. fun to be out running in the forest. a bit rusty and made one big mistake where I wasn't focused enough. achilles was a bit sore at the end.

first o in quite a long time. Ran the jrs Wed night meet at Golden Horn. Just tried to focus on getting all the controls. Good and safe. Could be a bit smoother. Don't have my forest legs. achilles was okay.

Took the day off work. Pippa and I went for a little trip to Skagway. Stopped by Spirit Lake and went for a short walk into the Watson River. This is just south of the terrain Afan is mapping (might be used for 2010 Westerns?)

shadowing Jennifer at jr training for one hour. much of it was walking or standing. Jog home from Justine's after. achilles was not painful but I could feel it.

nice long ride from home across the Miles Canyon bridge around chadburn trails KOC to Bugaloo and home up Black St gully. time is approx as i stopped my watch by accident and don't remember when I started.

ride to PC and back along Mtn view through Range road. Went for a walk with Pippa in the morning which was way more tiring than the ride. I don't know why I always find walking so draining.

borrowed Don's road bike and went for a ride on the highway. reached the top of the hill before Yukon River Bridge before turning around. Trip back included going along teh Schwatka Lk Rd and downtown
