| Beautiful day but went for an easy run instead of O. Felt kind of tired from the O yesterday. Skipped second workout kind of felt like I might be getting sick in the afternoon. initially just thought my allergies were giving me a hard time |

| same workout as above. nice to run in the forest. Of course it is always tougher than running on trails but even more difficult with the snow. Ran a course that somebody had designed as part of their level 2 officials- on Yukon College. 9.7km in 1:26 I thought was pretty good for not racing. |

| a "guest" pilates instructor. ended up being a lot more flexibility than the core strength that we usually do. it was more like a yoga class. I guess the extra stretching is good for me but I don't get to log that :-( |
