crisp and sunny day. around tank farm, behind McIntyre and up Copper Ridge

lower valley and up 10k and back along power line. started bonking at the end. Fortunately made it back before I really started dying.

6x5min w/1 rec. on snowmobile trails. mostly hills. last set was more like 1:30 w/ 1:30 rest and 5:30 because of big downhill.

pilates class. not the usual tough core workout with Liz but still some core strength. We did some nice stretching of the hips and glutes which was totally awesome for me.
