run on Takhini Hot Springs mostly south facing slopes. still tough in the snow in between the bare patches. Good to be out there but wasn't so focussed. no major mistakes but no flow either. Need to make a conscious effort to give myself goals for every session rather than just 'going out'

4x short sprint courses on downtown map with jog in between.
Lots of fun to be reading a map at high speed. Focus on planning and reading ahead and orienting the map.

morning run with Don. Super nice to have company. We are doing it again on Fri am.

tough waxing conditions. New snow but around zero. Icing up a tiny bit but not too bad. managed to kick it off. The skiing will be nice tomorrow. Just when I thought I would be running in the forest soon we get the most snow we've had all winter!?!
