a couple of map walks near Olomouc. Achilles was quite sore so decided to take it easy today. did some vis of moving smoothly through the terrain and making good route choice decisions

Went with the US team to Brno to do some sprint training. Ran it fairly easy but wanted to have some speed to get a feel for the orienteering. lacking a bit of rhythm and flow but good considering how little sleep I got.
