ran the course from Wed. Physically felt heavy and mentally was not there. Made a couple of bad mistakes. Another one was the result of not having flags as the boulder I was looking for was only about 30cms high so I went right past it. A bit sloppy in the circle too. I could easily have been 7-8 mins faster. ugh. Got a bit of a workout anyway
