Tagging, Checking sites & a bit less running of legs as new sites so not moving as quick. Bit stop, start - out for 3hrs 50 in total without food!
Starvin marvin by time got back to car.
A lot warmer - sweaty like a good un.

Tagging and checking sites, running legs. Pretty damn cold with wind so tried to keep moving. feeling pretty good in terrain.
Split into 2 stints - 1hr 43 then quick break and 35 mins.

Ricked neck this am putting cereal in bowl!!!
Stiff & sore for rest of day.
Must get neck looked at as this is 3 or 4 time in last yr & getting pains down right arm as a result.

Split session.
30 mins pedal technique with 10 mins wu & 5 mins wd.
Threshold sets 2 x 5min at 10 mile TT pace - hr 145+ & revs of 100+, 5 mins easy spinning in between, 5 mins wu & 10 mins graduated wd.
Good sweat on!
