Fun ride with Brad and Tony. Tour de Croy. Tired legs at top of last climb. Good weekend effort.

Sunrise double Vorberg CCW. Purposefully at ultra pace so not to stress things too much. A little tired on second lap, but it actually felt better than first after my lungs began to open up a bit. Lap 1 1:25 (no time on climb); Lap 2 1:24 (:35 to mine). Overall, very good. Needed a jumpstart.

Vorberg CW in waning light. Typically, long time to warm up but felt better than earlier in the week. Mine in 49:52. Loop 1:08:04. Crappy 3 yr old iPhone says 7.6 miles and 1700 ft vert.

Vorberg from Park and Ride for a few minute's warm up. CCW. Mine in 29:45. Dang. Loop in 1:08:29. Climbing legs are just not coming around. Need a bit more consistency.
