Road run 1:15:00 [3] 9.0 mi (8:20 / mi)
shoes: IceBug MR3Bugrip

Pre dawn, pre kid ski race run. Old Cutters--Northridge loop with extra out/back Buttercup. Not much zip. Really didn't need Bugs.

Very happy with the 80 mile week. Some good quality, even if a lot of it pretty slow.

Road run 1:46:30 [3] 12.0 mi (8:53 / mi) +650ft 8:27 / mi
shoes: Asics Gel-Trail Sensor (A)

Good run with AJW (for 10). Dragged him down to my snail's pace. Always a good time.

Road run 4:34:00 [3] 23.0 mi (11:55 / mi) +4000ft 10:14 / mi
shoes: Asics Gel-Trail Sensor (A)

Good effort today. Baldy loop with Elkhorn--Juniper Rd--Independence Crk--Morningstar loop back through town to River Run. Two inches new on Baldy made the climb tougher than usual. Tired much of the run, but finished feeling pretty spry. Powered by granola bars and PB&J.

Trail run 58:00 [3] 7.0 mi (8:17 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-Trail Sensor (A)

Quigley out/back. Elk tracks and thaw made for a bit rougher run today.

Trail run 44:00 [3] 5.0 mi (8:48 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-Trail Sensor (A)

(PM) Quigley out/back. Dog-on-leash slow run.

Trail run 1:12:00 [3] 9.0 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-Trail Sensor (A)

Out/back Quigley. Vulture circling?

Trail run 1:06:00 [3] 8.0 mi (8:15 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-Trail Sensor (A)

Out/back Quigley. A bit tired but added an extra mile because of the nice compact corduroy beyond the pond.

Trail run 57:00 [3] 7.0 mi (8:09 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-Trail Sensor (A)

Beautiful sunset run out/back Quigley. Part pretty chewed up. Parts really nice. Felt good after the hard week.
