Fairly happy with the week's miles post Red Hot and missing Monday.

YMCA out/back past Morningstar in the afternoon. Felt harder than yesterday. Knee pretty good.

Trail Creek (with a couple miles on snow past path), Elkhorn loop down to Lane Ranch, with Independence Crk. Save the Lane Ranch tundra, paths clear and fast. Felt really good.

Three weeks to Coyote. Watchwords: sodium, fluids, patience.

Took day off and skied Soldier with the boys. Left upper hamstring a bit sore from all that rock hopping and cherry picking at Red Hot.
