Good road ride with Brad. Nice to get out and work the legs. Probably been two years since I'd been on the Paramount. Stayed upright.

Tried to do home Vorberg home, but foot turned pretty painful by the Shelter so turned around.

Whole thing out of no where. Hasn't bothered me at all since before Bighorn.

Another good session planned by Coach Mitchell (Thanks, Brad). Paces could have been more consistent. Swirling, stiff winds made it hard at times to keep things steady.
