Stupid Quigley session with cardio-challenged dog-in-law.

Thursday Feb 18, 2010 #

Road run 59:00 [3] 8.0 mi (7:22 / mi)

Out Croy to Rodeo, up Rodeo a bit. Then back. 3rd run in as many days. Knee noticeable at times, but it never hurt. I'll take it.

Road run 45:17 [3] 6.0 mi (7:33 / mi)
shoes: Wildcat GTX (A)

Old Cutters - Ezra Pound loop. First pre-dawn, roll-out-of-bed run this winter. Knee a bit testy because of it early on but was better second half.
10 AM

Note

Thinking about running again tomorrow, which would make three straight days - first time since early Nov. I'll see how it feels today.

Tuesday Feb 16, 2010 #

Trail run 1:05:00 [3] 7.0 mi (9:17 / mi)
shoes: Wildcat GTX (A)

Rock Creek. Sensory deprivation run in thick fog and flat light. Some nice steady climbing on the way back. A little soft and uneven after yesterday's weather - a cross between Quigley before the pond and after the pond. But thumbs up. Thanks for the suggestion, Mike.

Nearly not worth logging. Just one of those days where my workout window was evasive. Quigley 1 x dog loop.
