Finally back from windblown Twin. Was going to be a leg stretch Vorberg but turned out pretty quick. First time this year I actually felt some fitness.

Twin Falls for soccer this weekend, so ran this morning.

Double Vorberg. Ridge is almost all clear, just a few short snow sections.
IT band tight on second climb but knee held together pretty well for the second lap. Pretty tired by the end. 350 calories.
