Threw on the KTSs for a River Run to River Run up/down on Baldy. Went up RR to College, down the standard way - I80 to Olympic. Felt OK. 1:05 to the top. Came down pretty slowly but will still be sore. Had to happen some time. Strava app said 7.4 (from lot); longer than I thought it would be. http://app.strava.com/activities/39630603?ref=1MT1...

Bike path from Buttercup north. Legs instantly sore and still sore right now (4 hours later). Strange. I'll chalk it up to being sick for the past 7 days. Nearly back to par but still not quite there. P50 coming up way too soon. Time for some earnest training, I guess.
