Trail run 2:12:00 [3] 26.3 km (5:01 / km) +280m 4:46 / km

Unpleasantly cold and rather damp. Hat. gloves, helly, T-shirt and waterproof jacket and I still failed to overheat. Home, WHW to near Carbeth, Craigallean and Mugdock Visitor centre and castle, reservoirs and home, with a few extra twirls to get the distance up. Just need to add in Beinn Eighe and I'm ready to pace Mirjam on the Celtman :-)

Clyde group, Wilsons and Robertsons. Dunellen and round Cochno Loch. A bit wet and rough round the unfashionable side of the loch. Should have done something a little shorter.

Juniors were doing 10*continuous hills, so I did too, trying to gasp out encouragement as I went.

Ice route as black ice about, so had to walk to school before starting to pedal. Diesel slick down most of Drymen and Maryhill Rd :-(
