Orienteering warm up/down 20:00 [3] 2.2 km (9:05 / km)

Orienteering 1:02:46 [3] 8.5 km (7:23 / km)

VHI M50 round Inshriach. Mess ups early on meant Charlie caught me 3 minutes and I had a target to chase across the bog and all round the tricky bit. Just got ahead back across the bog and led him to the finish to record his win, with me 2.47 behind. Good fun to be racing, and happier after yesterday.
