Orienteering 47:00 [3] 4.7 km (10:00 / km) +200m 8:15 / km

FVO local event in Minewoods, Bridge of Allan.
1:5,000 map with lots of detail, very steep and slippery. A bit rusty, especially when trying "heroic" routes. Lovely day to get out. Found vision tricky occasionally downhill into the sun (yes really, the sun).
