"Abdominal Etcher & Butt Enhancer"

Mountain Biking 1:16:00 [3] 20.9 km (3:38 / km) +400m 3:19 / km

Home, Cochno carpark (closed), road to Greenside, path to Cochno Hill (may have involved some walking), straight down from Cochno and back. Most of the top half of Cochno has been burnt. Lovely, dry, sunny, windy evening.

Hill run 1:01:00 [3] 11.3 km (5:24 / km) +200m 4:58 / km

Second attempt at the snail on Windy Hill. Still managed to make an error, but not looking too bad. (https://www.strava.com/activities/3330206500) Sunny, windy, dry. Still smoke from the big fire on Cochno Hill.

Quick, post-workout trip round the local streets.

Cycling 1:09:00 [3] 25.9 km (2:40 / km) +380m 2:29 / km

Up the Khyber, over to Baldernock and back via the Reservoirs. Another glorious day.

Saturday Apr 18, 2020 #

Hill run 1:12:00 [3] 12.2 km (5:54 / km) +300m 5:15 / km

Long, gentle hill run on a glorious, sunny, cool, windy day. Vegetation still not started and ground pretty dry. A bit like a busy Bank Holiday Monday, more people than I've ever seen out on the hill, but still not exactly hard to keep a distance. Short chat with Marco C near the end (he was going much further than me).
Route: 356, cairn by loch with no name, Dunellen, Jaw Reservoir causeway and back by shortest route.
