Saturday May 22 #

Orienteering 29:00 [3] 3.5 km (8:17 / km) +80m 7:26 / km

Brief outing on a contour and marsh map while SWAT had their lunch. Takes a while to warm up and get used to running with lenses in, but it really does help in reading the map.

Friday May 21 #

Cycling-commuting 25:00 [3] 9.8 km (2:33 / km)

Really rather blustery.

Cycling-commuting 25:00 [3] 9.0 km (2:47 / km)

Even blusterier than the morning.

Thursday May 20 #

Road Running 14:30 [3] 2.9 km (5:00 / km)

Warm up for....

Circuit training 15:00 [3]

Knee strengthening stuff

Wednesday May 19 #

Hill run 53:00 [3] 7.9 km (6:43 / km) +340m 5:31 / km

The Slacks clockwise with Iain and Ty. Very dry underfoot, threatening significant rainfall but we managed to dodge it.

Tuesday May 18 #

Cycling-commuting 24:00 [3] 9.8 km (2:27 / km)

Cycling-commuting 25:00 [3] 9.4 km (2:40 / km)

Running-Garscube 40:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:43 / km)

Monday May 17 #

Mountain Biking 55:00 [3] 12.9 km (4:16 / km) +280m 3:51 / km

Took the afternoon off to try the MTB trails at Carron Valley in the hope that nobody would be around to witness my incompetence. Great fun with only one inelegant dismount.

Mountain Biking 55:00 [3] 13.5 km (4:04 / km) +280m 3:41 / km

More loops round the MTB trails. Still quiet, still fun.

Sunday May 16 #

Trail run 20:00 [3] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)

Gentle trundle on Mugdock with the teenager.

Circuit training 16:00 [3]

Knee strentghening stuff
