Ran on t.m at Y. Needed a soft surface to relieve some discomfort in my foot. Felt good running except some discomfort in my left foot. Would have ran a little farther but my right hamstring started to tighten up a little and did not want to push it into an injury.

Easy to moderate endurance swim followed by 8 x 25 hard sprints conctrating on stroke and glide.

Worked on pushups, sit ups, pull ups, chin ups, leg raises, and core body exercises.
