Great day on a great trail. 1st time doing the half going north. Last time I did the half we went south from OO. Last time doing the half in 2009 I did a 1:26. Don't know if going north or south is tougher. Felt great during most of the race, Unfortunately lost sight of the racers ahead of me for the last 1/3 of the race. 6th overall

West end, up 27th all the way to Exhibition (11 min) across skyline down 7 bridges and back up Lester river Rd. some gravel and a couple of hills down lakewood rd and home.

The intent was to do 3 loops of 2-3 miles at a negative split. The first loop was a little short (1.3 miles) (pace of 7:55). 2nd and 3rd loops were 2.8 miles. 19:59 and 19:31 (7:07 and 7:00 pace).
