Started the Short Brown at the SOL and sort of enjoyed the first bit but I was hoping the terrain would get better. It didn't. I lasted about 7-8mins in the green and then decided that this wasn't for me and went for a nice run.
Stirling Sprint Race 1. Bit slow and wasn't concentratiting at all, messed up 3 and 6. Last half was pretty easy but just wasn't running hard.

Sprint Race 2. Ran a bit harder this time but messed up 10 and some route choices round the buildings at the end. Still not running flat out, don't know why I didn't run harder, just not motivated today.
Out on the mountain bikes today with dad and Hector. Started in Grantown and biked the Speyside Way to Craigellachie. Lovely day, think I caught the sun a bit.
Hill reps in Culbin with Dad and Hector. Staggered starts so we finished at the top of the tower together. Times: 2.10, 2.05, 2.06, 2.05, 2.01, first rep was longer. Coffee and cake at the top after we had finished. Yum yum.

Head to head loops with Dad and Hector on Moor of Alvie & Speybank. Bit slow on the first loop and came third, then won the next two but it was close. Dad and I ran the same loop, Hector had longer ones. Loop times: 7.28, 8.22, 12.24. Really hard work but orienteering well.
Easy run with Hector. Headed down Nairn beach and ran in Culbin. Legs feeling good but I felt sick most of the run, serves me right for eating too much chocolate fudge before we went out.
